TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Valid for arrivals November 27, 2024 – April 21, 2025
- Stay & Ski Packages must be purchased more than 14 days in advance of arrival.
- Upon confirmation full non-refundable payment is due for the Whistler Blackcomb Day Pass and first night accommodation.
- Within 24 hours the booking may be amended, and WB Day Pass must be activated online. Amend or cancel the package more than 14 days prior to arrival the initial deposit for the WB Day Pass and accommodation will be forfeited.
- Cancellations or adjustments within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Please Note: All packages are non-refundable and full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Whistler Blackcomb Day Passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Any changes to the names on your booking or your departure dates will require you to purchase new lift pass. Lift passes must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

- Extra Steps:
- 1. Ensure you select the correct number of Adults in the booking Engine.
- 2. Ensure you select the correct number of Children aged 7 years and older. (Children 5 & 6 years are only $20 when a ticket is picked up from WB Guest Services. Children 4 and under are free)
- 3. Once you have confirmed your package, and the initial deposit is processed, you will receive an email which requires a response AND contains additional instructions on how to complete your Whistler Blackcomb Day Pass purchase, so your tickets are waiting for you at our Front Desk Upon arrival. This will involve setting up an EPIC account, uploading a photo, and signing an E-Release of liability for each pass/ticket holder.
